After acquiring a formation in Mathematics, Physics and emerging techniques in Machine Learning and Big Data Analytics, I took the decision of pointing my professional career towards the emerging area of Quantum Computing. I took my PhD at the NQUIRE center of the University of the Basque Country, Bilbao, in the group Quantum Computing and Architectures led by Dr. Mikel Sanz. My doctoral thesis is focused on designing quantum algorithms for a wide range of differential equations. I develop techniques based on quantum simulations (digital and analog), as well as applying quantum digital algorithms, such as the HHL, to classical numerical methods.
